New for Spring 2011, Bodega Los Toneles is pleased to introduce a new brand and new label.

Toneles, meaning “The Barrels”, is our new brand and the culmination of years of selective plantings and cultivation of the specific clones.

Each level is designated by the Barrel number.

TONELES 22 - Malbec, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon Retails for $10

TONELS 22 is varietals of NEW WORLD wines specifically selected to bring the superior flavors of Argentina’s premier wine district to the rest of the world at prices that are as irresistible as our grapes.

TONELES 46 – Malbec and Torrontes Retails $12

TONELES 46 from barrel 46 are two of the most important signature grapes from Argentina.

From Cafayate is the Torrontes grape, a clean and sensuous fruit that makes a light, crystalline wine with aromas of linen and wild flowers and a flavor of citrus fruit, pineapples, mangoes, strawberries with a smooth and cool follow-through in the mouth.

From the vineyard Vista Flores in Tunuyan is the most famous Argentine grape, Malbec. A Robust varietal with a velvety deep red, almost purple color and clean fruit flavors topped with aromas of vanilla.

TONELES 137 – Malbec Retails for $15

TONELES 137 is our most select Gran Prima wine.

Our Gran Prima wines have previously only been sold in the Bodega. TONELES 137 marks our first commercial production of this highly sought-after and highly selected wine, now available in better restaurants and markets world wide.

Our Gran Prima wines are hand selected from our best vineyards by our winemakers, aged in the cask in the cool rooms of the Bodega and bottled specifically for the release of this magnificent wine.

Dos Estacas Torrontes

Torrontes is the best selling white wine in Argentina; try it and I think you will agree, it is the best white wine in the world.
Bodega Los Toneles makes great wines in our wineries and in our 500 hectares of private vineyards. Our grapes grow in the harsh climate of the Andes, an arid climate with almost all the irrigation coming from glacier melt. The robust flavors come from some of the most mineral rich and ancient terroir in the world.
Argentina has had a wine culture that began in 1557 and today has become one of the most envied and unique wine producers in the world. Come see why the whole world is discovering Argentine wines.
